- Fee is to your location and non-refundable if appliances are not available when we arrive
- Fee is due at the time of booking
- Fee is nonrefundable within 48 hours of scheduled pick-up
- Appliance(s) must be empty, outside (ground level) in plain site. Pick-up is between 8am-4pm on your scheduled pick-up day
- Please make sure your city is listed in the "Areas We Serve"
